Removing fog and glare in WoWs 0.9.4.1

The mod removes fog from all of the World of Warships maps, making it seem like the range of the map is being increased. In addition, removing the fog slightly increases the FPS, which will be very good for people with weak iron. Of course, removing the fog does not give any advantages in the battle of World of Warships.
