Mod transparent mini-maps for WoWs 0.9.0

Since update 0.5.12 made it possible to change the transparency of the water on the minimap, now this mod is released in a single version that allows you to change the full transparency of the minimap (both the sea and islands).

The mod is a modification of the World of Warships minimap making it more transparent, which increases the overview of the area, because now you can see what is in the area where the minimap is located. The author made 2 options, in the first completely transparent mini-maps, and in the second the islands remained opaque. In addition, both options also have a different degree of transparency, these are 10%, 30%, 50% 70%. More details on how this looks can be seen in the screenshot.
